The Cavaliers started strong and finished strong against the Nets as they outscored them 59-27 in the first and fourth quarters Friday Night and that was a huge reason for their victory. The Cavs were also outstanding on defense as they held the Nets to 37.7% shooting from the floor. LeBron James led the way for the Cavs with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Donyell Marshall was awesome off of the bench for the Cavs! In only 19 minutes on the floor, Marshall scored 18 points and grabbed rebounds as he was 6 for 10 from three-point range. Drew Gooden also had a solid game with 16 points and 7 rebounds. The Cavaliers now advance to the Eastern Conference Finals vs. the Detroit Pistons after defeating the Nets 4 games to 2 in this series.
